As a Food Biochemist with a master’s in seafood processing and nutrition, Maribel founded My Green Lady, where she creates health products made from seaweed, algae, herbs, adaptogens, and enzymes to complement her therapeutic practices. Her expertise in raw food nutrition and detoxification is shared through her preparation classes and juice-fasting workshops, empowering clients with practical tools to enhance their health.
